Thirteen people accused of growing more than 6,800 pot plants around San Diego County have been arraigned on federal charges.
Authorities raided locations in Vista, Fallbrook, Ramona and Valley Center.
Authorities say each person faces several years in prison and millions of dollars in fines if convicted. Their properties also may be confiscated.
